You won’t believe how much a clean pre-filter can transform the power of your purifier.
The Airmega 150 is engineered with an EZ Release filter, so you can wash, quick-dry, and replace the filter with ease.
The unique Coway filtration system helps eliminate ultra-fine dust and odours.
STEP I
Pre-Filter ━ Captures large dust particles, pet hair, and other contaminants.
STEP II
Activated Carbon filter ━ Reduces odour and harmful gases
STEP III
Ultrafine Particle Filter ━ Traps and captures particles and dust to under 0.01μm at 99.999% efficiency.
*This test is based on the HEPA filter media standard.
* Actual performance will be determined by indoor and quality and operation of the unit.
Before attempting to use/pair the IoCare app again please review the following troubleshooting steps/suggestions.
If all the parameters below are met/followed you should have no issue getting connected with your unit.
Tip: Please read the instructions as provided in the IoCare on screen during setup. If you advance to the next screen without following the on screen instruction (such as waiting for a chime) it can interrupt the process.
Trouble Shooting:
Unplug the Airmega for 5 minutes to reset the communication chip.
Close all background running apps on your phone/tablet.
Please double-check your network password, the network password must not have any special characters included. Additionally, please try trimming your network (wifi) password to 24 characters.
Ensure that your home network has separate SSID’s (network names) for both the 2.4 and 5GHz networks.You must connect to a 2.4 GHZ network.
Ensure the Airmega is closer to your router.
Power cycle your phone/tablet (turn off/on – do not just restart)
When attempting to pair the device, please turn off the mobile data and only use the Wi-Fi network. Sometimes mobile data may interrupt the pairing process.
Launch the IoCare app and follow the Wi-Fi setup instructions.

You may need to contact the service centre.
Unplug the filter and contact Toll-Free Customer Service at
+49 40 8740 6758.The indicator may be set to insensitive.
Adjust the indicator to the sensitive or standard level setting.
It may be time to replace the filter.
Check the filter cleaning and replacement schedule.
Clean or replace the filter as needed.

Please check if your Coway Airmega is powered on and if the Wi-Fi LED is on.
Note: If the Wi-Fi LED is blinking, your internet network may have a problem. Please make sure your router is powered on and that you can access the internet using Wi-Fi.
There could be a delay between the Mobile App and the purifier because of the network condition. Please retry the action or restart the Mobile App after a force quit.
Please check whether your Wi-Fi router is compatible with Coway Airmega.
Coway Airmega uses Wi-Fi to connect to the Internet and only uses the 2.4GHz band. There are two frequency bands commonly used for Wi-Fi communication: 2.4 and 5GHz. Many modern routers support both bands.
How to know if your wireless router is a dual band:
Please look up your router model on the manufacturer’s website. Some routers even have dual-band written on the router itself or on the packaging that it came in.
Please look at your Wi-Fi network’s names (SSIDs). Your Wi-Fi router may be broadcasting two networks, with different names to indicate the 2.4 and 5GHz bands. This would confirm that you have a dual band router.
It’s also possible that your router may be a dual-band router that is currently set to broadcast in only one band. If your dual-band router is set to broadcast 5GHz, please set your router to broadcast both bands or only 2.4GHz, and try pairing your Coway Airmega again.
If your router is only a 5GHz band router, your Coway Airmega can’t be connected with the router.
If you use the internal security network in your office, your Coway Airmega may not be connected with the router.
Please check if Wi-Fi LED of your Coway Airmega is on.
Please check if Wi-Fi LED of your Airmega is on.
Please check that your Airmega is powered on and the Wi-Fi LED is on.
Note: You can adjust the sensitivity of your Airmega sensor. Please refer to your owner’s manual.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, Coway warrants that the motor and electronic parts of the product will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of its original retail purchase.
